Return and Exchange Policy

At Naturally Nida we stand behind our products and would like our customers to have a great shopping experience with us. So if you would like to return or exchange your products, you may do so within 10 days of delivery. Please send an email to customer service at shop@naturallynida.com with your order number and reason for return.

When returning your merchandise, please keep in mind we expect to receive all items back in their original condition - free from stains/unworn/unwashed. Items received in poor condition may be denied for return.

All shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.  Please note, in the case of an exchange or refund, we will not be providing any return labels. Return postage fees are the customer's responsibility.
